밍글코리아(이하 "회사")는 미니게임 서비스 K-DOPAMINE(웹·Android·iOS, 이하 "서비스")을 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 정합니다.

01개인정보의 처리 목적

회사는 다음 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 바뀌면 법령에 따라 별도 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 합니다.

이용자 식별 및 계정 유지: 별도 회원가입 없이 자동으로 만들어지는 계정을 통한 이용자 구분, 기록 유지
게임 서비스 제공: 게임 기록 저장, 오늘·어제 순위표, 그룹(친구 모임) 만들기와 초대, 도전장 공유
포인트 정산: 게임별 일일 1위 판정과 포인트 지급·내역 관리
연령대·성별에 맞춘 서비스 개선과 통계 분석(개인을 알아볼 수 없는 형태로 이용)
부정 이용 방지: 비정상 기록 차단, 과도한 요청 제한, 서비스 안정성 확보
문의·민원 처리 및 법령상 의무 이행

02처리하는 개인정보 항목

회사는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 정확한 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자가 문의 메일을 보내는 경우에는 답변을 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 처리합니다.

03보유 및 이용 기간

닉네임, 생년월일, 성별, 계정 ID, 게임 기록, 그룹·포인트 내역: 이용자가 삭제(탈퇴)를 요청할 때까지 보유하며, 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
서비스 종료 시: 종료일로부터 30일 이내 파기합니다(종료 30일 전 공지).
접속 기록(로그인 기록, IP 주소 등): 「통신비밀보호법」에 따라 3개월 보관 후 파기합니다.
문의 메일: 처리 완료 후 1년간 보관 후 파기합니다.

04개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다. 다른 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 경우에는 다른 정보와 분리하여 보관합니다.

05개인정보의 제3자 제공과 다른 이용자에게 공개되는 정보

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 동의하거나 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

다른 이용자에게 보이는 정보
순위표, 그룹 화면, 도전장 링크에는 닉네임과 게임 기록이 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다. 생년월일, 성별, 계정 ID는 다른 이용자에게 표시되지 않습니다. 도전장·초대 링크에는 닉네임과 기록이 담기므로, 링크를 받은 사람은 그 내용을 볼 수 있습니다.

06개인정보 처리의 위탁

회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁합니다.

회사는 위탁 계약 시 관련 법령에 따라 위탁 업무 외 처리 금지, 안전성 확보 조치, 재위탁 제한 등을 정하고 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지 감독합니다. 수탁자나 위탁 업무가 바뀌면 이 처리방침을 통해 알립니다.

07개인정보의 국외 이전

위 수탁자는 국외에서 개인정보를 처리하며, 회사는 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 다음 사항을 공개합니다.

이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 contact@wegdorf.com으로 삭제를 요청하면 됩니다. 다만 국외 이전은 서비스 제공에 꼭 필요하므로 거부하면 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

08만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

회사는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 내 정보 입력 단계에서 생년월일을 확인하며, 만 14세 미만으로 확인되면 서비스 이용을 제한합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 파기합니다.

09이용자와 법정대리인의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제(탈퇴), 처리 정지 요구, 동의 철회
닉네임 등은 앱의 '내 정보' 화면에서 직접 수정할 수 있습니다.
그 밖의 요청은 contact@wegdorf.com으로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 앱 '내 정보' 화면의 닉네임과 이용 기기 정보를 함께 알려 주시면 됩니다. 회사는 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 조치하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

법정대리인이나 위임받은 사람을 통해서도 권리를 행사할 수 있으며, 이 경우 위임장을 제출해야 합니다. 다른 법령에서 보존을 정한 정보는 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다.

10개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간 암호화: 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
접근 통제: 데이터베이스는 행 단위 접근 제한을 적용하여 이용자가 본인 정보만 조회·수정할 수 있으며, 기록은 검증된 서버 기능을 통해서만 저장됩니다.
접근 권한 관리: 관리자 권한과 비밀 키는 최소 인원만 보유하며, 공개 저장소에 저장하지 않습니다.
접속 기록 보관과 비정상 기록·과도한 요청 차단

11기기 저장소의 사용(자동 수집 장치)

서비스는 광고·추적 목적의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 다시 접속해도 같은 계정과 설정을 유지하기 위해 이용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소(로컬 스토리지)에 로그인 정보, 내 정보, 게임 기록, 전송 대기 중인 기록, 언어 설정을 저장합니다.

이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하여 이 정보를 지울 수 있습니다. 이 경우 기기에서 계정 연결이 끊어져 기존 기록을 이어서 이용할 수 없습니다.

14개인정보 처리방침의 변경

이 개인정보 처리방침은 2026년 10월 23일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되면 시행 7일 전부터 서비스와 이 페이지를 통해 알리며, 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

Mingle Korea ("we") operates K-DOPAMINE, a mini-game service available on the web, Android and iOS (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we process, why, and how you can control it, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws.

01Purposes of processing

Identifying you and keeping your account: an account is created automatically, without a sign-up form, so your records persist.
Providing the games: saving records, daily leaderboards, creating and inviting to groups, and sharing challenge links.
Point settlement: determining each game's daily winners and awarding and recording points.
Improving the Service and producing statistics by age group and gender, in a form that does not identify you.
Preventing abuse: blocking abnormal records, limiting excessive requests and keeping the Service stable.
Handling inquiries and complying with legal obligations.

02Personal information we collect

We do not collect your name, phone number, email address or precise location. If you email us, we process your email address and message to reply.

03Retention

Profile, account ID, game records, group and point history: kept until you request deletion, then deleted without delay.
If the Service ends: deleted within 30 days of the end date, with 30 days' prior notice.
Access logs (login records, IP addresses): kept for 3 months as required by the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, then deleted.
Inquiry emails: kept for 1 year after the inquiry is resolved.

04How we delete data

When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we delete personal information without delay. Electronic files are permanently erased so they cannot be recovered; paper records are shredded or incinerated. Where another law requires retention, the data is stored separately from other data.

05Sharing with third parties and what other players see

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where required by law.

Visible to other players
Leaderboards, group screens and challenge links show your nickname and game records to other players. Your date of birth, gender and account ID are never shown. Challenge and invite links contain your nickname and records, so anyone who receives a link can see them.

Our agreements with processors prohibit processing beyond the contracted services, require security measures and restrict sub-processing. We will update this policy if a processor or its services change.

You may refuse the transfer by requesting deletion at contact@wegdorf.com. Because the transfer is necessary to provide the Service, you will not be able to use it if you refuse.

08Children under 14

We do not collect personal information from children under 14, which would require a legal guardian's consent. We check the date of birth when you enter your profile and restrict use of the Service if you are under 14. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 14, we delete it without delay.

09Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your information, ask us to stop processing it, or withdraw consent at any time.
You can change your nickname and profile on the in-app profile screen.
For other requests, email contact@wegdorf.com with your nickname and the device you use so we can identify your account. We will act within 10 days and tell you the result.

A legal guardian or authorized representative may also exercise these rights by submitting a power of attorney. Data that another law requires us to keep cannot be deleted on request.

10Security measures

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
Row-level access control lets each player read and change only their own data; records are saved only through validated server functions.
Administrator access and secret keys are limited to the minimum number of people and are never stored in public repositories.
Access logs are kept, and abnormal records and excessive requests are blocked.

11Device storage

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. To keep you signed in and remember your settings, the Service stores your sign-in session, profile, game records, records waiting to be sent, and language setting in your browser's local storage.

You can erase this by clearing site data in your browser or deleting the app. Your device will then lose its link to your account, and you will not be able to continue with your previous records.

14Changes to this policy

This policy is effective from October 23, 2026. We will announce changes in the Service and on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that significantly affect your rights.
